Shipping Policy
We process orders MONDAY-FRIDAY. we save our Saturdays; Sundays & Holidays are ourselves and our families. We are people too and we have things to do.
this means that if you order on a wednesday, thursday or friday your order "could" POSSIBLY SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY OR DAY FOLLOWING A HOLIDAY.
We ship all US orders for FREE. This allows us to set the rules with regards to the shipping process :)
We have shipped 10's of thousands of orders over the past few years. We have to set the guidelines. We cannot let 35,000 people dictate our processes, but we can offer 1 process to 35,000 orders.
We TYPICALLY ship within 3 BUSINESS DAYS and you can expect to receive your order with 10 BUSINESS DAYS. This doesn't mean that you won't receive your order well before these timeframes. Most order ship within 1 business day. We do not ship on the weekends.
If you purchase on Friday your order could ship as of the following Wednesday but most likely Monday. We do drop off orders at all hours of the day. We may drop an order to UPS and the driver may have been there for the day and tracking might not start until the next day.
Sometimes our local post office does not scan our order drop offs at that facility. Sometimes it does not show up in the system until it reaches its next destination. If you received a tracking number or your order, it is in our pick and pack process and will be delivered to the carrier within our stated estimated minimum time frame.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our goods are 99.9% used. We inspect & test items to the best of our ability.
We do accept returns, but it is not ideal. Make sure the item you purchase is going to be something you want to keep.
We try our best to make sure you know everything there is to know about the items. You are buying second hand, used items. Used items are not typically perfect, but we do offer the expectation that the items we offer are items that we would own ourselves.
There are way too many items that we have to list for us to offer items that are broken, don't work, aren't in proper condition , smell, are stained or are dirty or damaged. We will not mislead you. We are not deviant. We spend hours and hours making sure that every item and transaction are executed to the highest levels.
If we know it doesn't work, if it's dirty, if it is damaged, we won't offer it for sale. The Buyer always pays return shipping, we paid to send it to you, so if it doesn't fit or you just want to send it back you can pay to get it back to us. free shipping doesn't cost the buyer, but it does cost us to send it to you.
